Ack! I haven't posted all week! I just can't get to Xanga on my Mac. >< I'll try to post here whenever I can, but most likely I'll be on LiveJournal. :'(

Weather was pretty nice this week, huh? This morning, according to Hall sensei's computer, it was like 48° when it felt more like the high 50s! o.o
Japanese quiz was okay except for the fact that I misspelled shujin! m(_ _)m
I think I got maybe like a C on the chemistry test... :\
In P.E., we went to the theater and watched Invisible Children. It was really moving. Nearly cried. I would totally buy the t-shirts/wristband to support!
I have this habit of coming up with answers that turn out to be correct and then doubting myself to such an extent so as to that I don't indicate it as the answer. Dx On that one math quiz from a couple of weeks ago, I could have gained eight more points if I had highlighted my second answer to a problem. Then during the J-Bowl tryouts, I could have been the third member of the team if I had answered the Okinawa-karate question. So yeah, that's what happened again on the math quiz today.
Final Catcher test went terribly. -_- Prompt was too vague, in my opinion.

Somehow, I was able to get up on time this morning.
Studied a bit of J-Bowl and SAT stuff before leaving the house. I would've brought an umbrella if any of them worked. -_-
Hall sensei assigned an essay in which we write about our break (This always makes me wish I had done more over my break. :| ) in at least 20 sentences, using all grammar patterns. I'm not worried about the length, I'm worried about getting all the grammar to fit in. :\ This is going to take a while.
Stood out in the rain for a while during P.E. All the boys were able to stand in the doorway of the locker room while the girls all stood out in the rain. Started self-defense, though it was just jabbing.
It seems like I've forgotten a lot of the math stuff already. I need to revisit the unit circle. >>;
Counselor talked to us about our scheduling for next year. Even though I was just about the only person who had their notes for the project, I decided not to turn it in because I thought I might need it when I'm working on the project tonight.
Had a worksheet to work on in English, but I really didn't feel like doing it, so I kind of talked to Nicole, who was doing vocabulary. I don't think I'll take AP English next year.
Looked up stuff about the two Japanese works that won Oscars last night: おくりびと Departures and つみきの家 The House of Cubes.

I'm worried about finishing Chan's project now. I have no product at all at the moment. >< There's a lot of drawing to do! I'm thinking I shouldn't color it now because it'll definitely look messy from my rushing. I'm going to look so bad after going right after Gabbie. I'm the last in the queue, too...

Okay, got up at like 8:00, which isn't as bad compared to the past two days. :\
For I-don't-know-how-long, maybe an hour or something, I sat with my iPod and read/studied my SAT book because I thought I should start trying to study. Plus, Joyce is coming in a like a week or two, and I don't want her to see that I've barely scratched the surface. >>; Anyway, got a good amount of this done, learned some good tips.
After that, I worked on the history project. I finished my analysis before lunch, pretty much. For about half the afternoon, I was writing up my "story," but I only have enough for two of my pages so far. D:
At 2:00, went with my dad and brother to Circuit City. There wasn't much left, so we left. He asked me if I wanted to go to the mall, but I couldn't say yes because I have a lot of work to do. T_T
Worked on my text more, but then I got tired of it/got stuck, so I decided to work on the unit map instead. Finished that around dinner time. No one is watching the Oscars in this house. ._.
Now I have to work work work! It's already so late! I can't stay up late tonight, or else I won't be able to get up in the morning. >< I need to at least finish typing up the story tonight so I can draw, color, cut, paste, measure, and put everything together tomorrow night. @__@

I've been working in the family room/kitchen all day. x] It's a nice change of working environment. I'm not sure if it's because of this or the fact that it's already Sunday that I've been able to work so diligently today. I moved out here because I wanted to get away from the Internet. But when I needed to print something out, I discovered I actually have wireless Internet. -__-
Oh, I even looked up the page numbers & definitions for the vocabulary cards due this Friday!
I'm listening to our FANTASTICS playlist. I like most of the songs now. Actually, I haven't asked/told my parents about it yet, so I have to before I buy tickets...

Ah, slept in again today. Tomorrow, I have to practice getting up early. (I need to work on homework anyway!)
I'm so glad I have Internet again. x]
Spent the whole morning on YouTube and fandom again. (I was just so glad to have the Internet back!) Made this icon too. I was going to put "ocean line" at the bottom because that's the name of Kenta's first photobook and because it went well with the picture. "Ocean Line" has a nice ring to it, somehow. But I decided it looks nicer without the text.
My dad and brother went to McDonald's for lunch. My mom and sister returned shortly after.
I watched Puri D till episode 4. Then I stopped myself and tried to get some work done. I started the analysis for the history project... It's not much though. And I haven't actually started on the final product. ><
Went to the library, and the two mangas I put on hold turned out to be ones I already read before. >>; Only the one that I picked off the shelf was new to me. Darn.
Mom's going to a company party tonight, and my dad wants to go to the winter party at the Tech, so I'll probably be going too. I think I'd rather stay home and work/watch videos/listen to music though. xP

I want very much to just ignore my homework and draw some portraits and some fanart. :<

Internet was down for hours yesterday, and eventually I gave up waiting and just went to bed. Even so, I've been having trouble accessing Xanga since I switched to Mac. :\

Slept in so late yesterday because I went to sleep at like 12:00. >< That's the fandom taking its toll. Gyaah!
Mom and sister left sometime around noon for the orchid show.
I think it was around 2 or 3 o' clock when I finally decided to start researching for the history project. I found out we somehow have Nickelodeon on tv now. Watched a bit of Drake & Josh. xP Anyway, I finished the general notes, but I'm going to add an outline-type thing showing what's going on each page of my story. Plus I have to do the analysis. But I didn't do any of that yet because I figured the notes were enough for the day. Now I don't feel quite as guilty.
Listened to Wang Leehom's 心跳 and Utada Hikaru's Come Back to Me all day. x] Leehom's also got another new song, Everything, but I don't like it as much.
Started watching Princess Princess D. I watched the first two episodes or so a loooong time ago, but I couldn't continue because they weren't uploaded anywhere. It's a pretty funny series, I think.

Woke up pretty much on time today. xP
Watered the orchids today. Took me about 2 hours. Man, I'll be in trouble when my mom leaves for Japan & Vietnam in May.
Today, I woke up with such motivation, such drive, to get all my research done. Once I got on the computer though, I gave in to my fandom. >< I kept telling myself, "after this one, after this one" and it turned into "after lunch." After lunch though, I just kept on reading fanfiction (which I found on the websites linked on Endless Dreamers). My mom went to drop the supplies that she's selling at the mall, and when she came back, I helped her test for viruses. Even after that, I continued to read and read...
I hate myself for procrastinating. I know that I'm telling myself that I can always start tonight, or tomorrow, or Saturday, or whatever. But I also know that if I do that, it's going to ruin my weekend and any fun that I could have, and in the end I'm not even going to have a very good project.

Aside from the self-loathing feeling that kind of came in waves throughout my day, I was enjoying myself with the fanfics and stuff. I even went back and re-watched a couple of episodes of PoT. I have taken an interest in Shishido Ryou! (Haha, that sounds so weird.) There was this one fanfic written from the perspective of these three oranges. I thought that was really original & creative and funny too! xD Two of the fanfics, including the orange one, were surprisingly filled with higher-end vocabulary. It was a nice change!
Speaking of Shishido, I found an "interview" between the voice actor for him and Shishido himself, which was highly amusing because it was like he was talking to himself. Well besides that, how they each reply are hilarious. XD

Wasn't able to post last night because I went to Rhea's house to watch movies. We rented Get Smart and 21 from Safeway. :] They were both really good, but Shannon and I only got to watch some of the beginning of 21.

Woke up early yesterday, but it turned out my mom was talking on the phone so I didn't have to water the orchids. Instead, I spent the morning drawing, watching/listening to AMVs, and looking for fan fiction. I can't access fanfiction.net or quizilla for some reason, so I only really have Endless Dreamers. :<
Anyway, I doodled some Rikkaidai members who I've never drawn before! I think they turned out well. x] I kind of lost my style, if that's possible, and now my anime-y stuff sucks.
Ate lunch early and went to school for J-Bowl practice. Bunch of people were playing in the "lake" in the parking lot. I was surprised at how deep it was. o-o As Akira said, it was kind of gross because it was rain water after all. Anyway, Hall sensei went to buy pizza for us. Since I had already eaten, I didn't get any. Tetsuo came eventually. We researched etiquette & gestures. That was pretty interesting. After that, we sat down and practiced for the speaking section. I'm the worse at this, and it was obvious. >< Also learned some new katakana words. Once again, the after-session talks were interesting, but I had to leave right when they started talking about "ikemen." T_T
Went with my mom to OSH because she wanted to buy this fountain for her orchid display. Hopefully she can return it when she's done with it.
Decided to go to Rhea's house instead of working on the project. >>; We went to Safeway to rent movies. There's something wrong with Kavita's car, so it stopped running at the stoplight, right when the light turned green. Luckily, she was able to start it up again before long.

Got up on time today. Surprisingly, Kevin wasn't up by then as he usually is. My mom was already outside scooping water and whatnot. Spent what I had of the morning reading.
Shannon and I went to get our shots today. To me, this time didn't hurt as much as the first time. After that, we picked up our glasses. I need to get used to mine... Everything seems too pop out at me, like they're all really close. It's annoying. :\
Afterwards, we went to Costco. I get mad when my mom tops off at the gas station. Bought a new chair mat, which is much better than the one I replaced with my old one (which might've been the same kind as the one we bought today, actually). It's extra thick, so it won't crack as easily. I can roll around without worrying. x]
Tried to e-mail my homestay, but it didn't work! :< I'm not sure if I typed the address incorrectly or if I just can't send Japanese text? It must be the former, I think.
While trying to find a new drama to watch last night, I stumbled across キズモモ, so I started watching it even though it's raw. Watched a bit more today but didn't feel like finishing it. Oh! I also finished PoT OVA last night! ;__; It was a nice ending, but it seemed so short. Maybe I should go back and re-watch the series?
Most of the afternoon, I was in the greenhouse helping my mom divide/repot a couple of her orchids. We didn't finish, but I felt like I wasn't helping much. I have to water the flowers tomorrow since it's (supposedly) not going to rain.

I think I like Mr. Children's Sign. I know they're pretty popular, but I never really listened to their songs.
I'm terrible! I haven't done any work for the project! ><

Slept in an hour and twenty minutes this morning.
Pretty much followed my schedule for today, except I still haven't started the history project!! ><
Read for an hour, studied J-Bowl for half an hour, and studied & did vocabulary. Spent time on Facebook writing up 25 random things about me.
Sometime after lunch, mom drove my sister and me to the optometrist, but it wasn't open today, so we went back home. I guess we're going tomorrow.
Worked on Chan's unit 3 map for the rest of the afternoon. I feel like I don't have much on there even though I worked for a while.
Man, it's been raining pretty much all day... since yesterday.

Came back to the computer after lunch to find that it all of a sudden connected to the display screen. I wonder what took so long. Anyway, I'm not sure I really like it even though I fixed the sizing of the display, because the speakers have the static-y sound still. :\
